So frustrating

Im trying to sign up but it keeps saying "your username has to 30 characters (it has 33)" and Ive tried changing it so many times but it just keeps saying that even when there is only 5 characters in my username that I put in!! Is this a glitch or something? I really wanted to use this app but its just not working at all and Im just so done with it already
