Error 500

I want to rate this at a 5 but I honestly cant. This app looked promising and I was excited to get started, but when I tried signing up, a message popped up that read Error 500: unknown error.
I havent even been able to start using the app, so Im very disappointed so far. Please fix this annoying error. I want to be able to come back later to give 5 stars and a good review, but so far Im not sure that will ever happen.
